I feel like the room has received a much needed upgrade. Bed feels much nicer. Water was perfect temp upon arrival. 3rd time here and I feel like this is an annual outing at this point. Also buying gift certificates for friends this time.

We appreciated the flexibility and ease of check-in. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the private, fenced hot tub in the back was very relaxing. The mineral waters feel good on the body and the mind.

No service rating because I didn't really interact with them, but the rooms were AWESOME. Could use easier access to the hot / cold for the tub, but I REALLY enjoyed the stay, and the water was excellent and clean. Head the warnings about mosquito season (it's in the binder they leave, which is well put together and not too long) and be ready for the hot weather, and if you're there be sure to enjoy the night sky!!

What a great little hotel! The room was the perfect size for one or two people. It was quiet, romantic, and felt far away from everyone and everything, perfect for a true getaway. My trip was for my birthday weekend and to do the Tripoint hike an hour north. This hotel is also located in a Dark Sky Sanctuary, which definitely adds to its value if you are interested in astronomy or stargazing. I was in Room 14 and was shocked to find it had everything I could have needed for the weekend off the grid; I seriously overpacked! The room was equipped with utensils, plates, bowls, pots and pans, a toaster, microwave, coffee pot, oven, stove, and a very large fridge. It was nice to be able to just pack some food for the weekend and not need to venture out if you didn't want to. If you did want to go out to eat, there are two restaurants close by.

We stayed in #22 for 2 nights. It was a perfect & relaxing getaway. Hot Springs jacuzzi tub in room was amazing. We stayed in August so it was kinda warm. The wall ac unit was above the jacuzzi. They did have one fan, but we will bring another one next time to get more air moving in other rooms. It cooled off at night so we did open the windows and that helped.
